End-User License Agreement (EULA) for HaitianMeet
California subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty or obligation, You may cancel at any time before midnight of the third business day following your subscription date.If you subscribed through an External Service (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play), you must follow the cancellation process outlined by the External Service, as explained in Section 8a.
If you subscribed via your Apple ID, please note that refunds are handled by Apple, not HaitianMeet. You can request a refund from Apple through your Apple ID account on your phone or [here](https://getsupport.apple.com).
For all other users, you can request a refund by contacting HaitianMeet Customer Service [here](mailto:info@haitianmeet.com) or by sending a signed and dated notice stating your intent to cancel this agreement or similar wording. Please include your name and the email address, phone number, or other unique identifier you used to sign up for your account.

- HaitianMeet reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these terms.
Prohibited Conduct:
- You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of HaitianMeet.
- You will not use HaitianMeet for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials on HaitianMeet, including logos, designs, and text, are the intellectual property of HaitianMeet or its licensors.
- You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from HaitianMeet without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Content:
- HaitianMeet may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of such external sites.
- Any interactions or transactions between you and third parties are solely at your own risk and discretion.
